Write to team@anyo.world and a person will answer, usually the same day and always within two working days.

Report a video or a person

Hold their face on the home screen, then tap the x. You can report the video, block the person, or both. Blocking is immediate: they can't send to you and you disappear from each other's home screens.

We look at every report within 24 hours and remove anything that breaks the terms. To report something urgent, email us with the person's anyo ID.

You can't sign in

anyo signs you in with your phone number and a code by text. If the code doesn't arrive, check the number has the right country code, wait a minute, then ask for a new one. If it still doesn't come, email us the number you're using.

Someone is on your home screen and shouldn't be

Hold their face, tap the x, then Remove. They are not told.

Delete your account

Tap your photo at the top, then Delete account. Everything goes straight away. The full list of what gets removed, and what to do if you can't open the app, is on the delete your account page.

Email team@anyo.world. Tell us the phone you're on, the anyo version from your profile, and what happened.
